The Space:
It features 3 spacious bedrooms and bright, airy common areas with a classic design focused on Mexican craftsmanship. Its unbeatable location places you steps away from the best restaurants, bars, and the vibrant downtown nightlife, so you can enjoy the best of Mazatlán without needing a car.
Whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, dine with an ocean view, or simply relax in a spacious and cozy home, this is the perfect place for your stay.
Other Things to Note:
We have a two night minimum stay, unless marked different. Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.
Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $600 per day.
If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask.
Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.
Identity cards of all the guests are required by law.
No parking available but you have 3 parking lots one block away.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
* Please turn off the AC
*Mexico has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
