The space

Located just three blocks from the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants, this newly renovated and professionally decorated property provides the ultimate getaway experience. Carport can fit up 3-4 vehicles depending on size.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home except laundry room, which requires housekeeper assistance, a a few storage rooms and cabinets.

Other things to note
Casa Nereida provides a luxurious experience, featuring custom-designed furniture, one-of-a-kind artwork, and thoughtfully considered design. Please the the property is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Exceptions to this policy may be considered with prior approval from the host/owner.

Housekeeper is not optional. They help maintain the home and assist with details, such as lighting, pool, and other amenities. Housekeeper is responsible for common areas. Bed sheets can be refreshed after 3 days upon request. Housekeeper hours: 8am-1pm, rests Sunday. Extended hours can be negotiated with housekeeper at an additional cost.

Breakfast service can be arranged in advanced, or discussed with housekeeper. Breakfast starts at $150 MXN/person.
