The swimming pools and access to the ocean were fantastic. The quality and variety of restaurants included in the all inclusive made it an excellent experience.

Cid Castilla was very clean, staff was very attentive, rooms are a great size, AC and fan worked great! Plenty to do around. Only bad thing in order to get a chair at pool you must go down at 7am to get your towel and put on a chair like everyone does or else they are taken all day. Beach is super full every day, no room to lay and relax.

It was very noisy at night people knocking at our door the staff there did nothing to tell people to keep it down due to guest. These did no only happen one it happen 3 nights in a roll. My experience was terrible staying there I would not recommend it any on my staff. I stayed in other place in the are much nicer place to stay.

Excelente hotel, de verdad que el trato de cada uno del personal es muy humano y amigable, la comida y variedad muy buenas. Los shows en la pérgola muy buenos, igual que las actividades en el día y los jueguitos para niños. El único pero sería el tema de que no hay wifi más que para 2 equipos y nunca pudimos accesar, pero es lo único que vi que podría mejorar. Sin duda regresaré al mismo lugar
