Heating: reversible air conditioning and convectors (extra depending on the meter) + wood stove (€60/stere of wood). Private enclosed garden 600 m², south-facing terrace with pleasant pergola. Satellite TV, Canal+ decoder (Canal+ card to be provided). A free basket of wood. Tourist tax extra. SMALL ANIMALS ACCEPTED, OTHERWISE CONTACT THE OWNER, access to the rooms by animals is strictly prohibited. Non-smoking cottage. This restored farmhouse is ideally located in a small hamlet on the edge of the woods, offering easy access to major highways (including the A85). Numerous châteaux, including some of the most renowned in the Loire Valley, are within a 20 km radius.
