The Halloween talking figures were too evil for our little ones. We thought that once inside it would be different, and the decorations were better - just fall/harvest. But the macabre background music in the lobby and dining area was also unnecessary and grating if you stayed there for any length if time.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Home2 Suites. The hotel was very clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated, and smelled really good. The room was super spacious; it had a kitchenette, and we loved the toiletries they had in the bathroom. Maybe the blankets could be a bit more fluffier. Breakfast was good but could use a bit of improvement with variety of options. I would’ve given it a full 5 starts but when we arrived the guy at the front desk didn’t greet us or even acknowledge we were in front of him, he kept typing on his computer. After a few minutes I asked if there was someone who could check us in, he just looked at me and said “I can, just give me a minute”, he looked back down, kept typing and took a few more minutes before he could ask what name the reservation was under. I did not get a name, he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that hiccup everything else was great.
