Rudeness customer service was horrible, not friendly at all. The sheets had blood stains, no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The general manager didn’t seem to care, about how horrible our stay was, oh yes the key cards didn’t work

Could have been better

When I got to my room there was no water at the faucets. I called the front desk but no answer. Repacked my things and went back to front desk. Was told the water was turned off for another 10 minutes. I thought that would have been mentioned when I checked in a few minutes earlier. Room was OK other than that. Breakfast was good but for both days of my stay they “were out of creamer” for coffee. However there was 2% milk available as a poor substitute.

Very friendly staff and top-shelf accommodations. Breakfast was great, too. The room was large and clean and cozy, though I did see a small roach in the bathroom. Other than that, almost perfect.
