Bourbon Sunsets offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, close to everything this area has to offer. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs and boasts spectacular sunset views over Deep Creek Lake and the slopes of Wisp Resort. Gather outside on the spacious deck to grill dinner, soak in the hot tub, or unwind around the firepit.

Inside, stay comfortable year-round with a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings and central air conditioning for warm summer days. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space, and two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The lower level is packed with fun, featuring a bunk room perfect for the kids, a common room with a sleeper sofa, and a pool table. BONUS... guests of Bourbon Sunsets have access to the Garrett Community College pool and gym during their stay. Whether you're here for the outdoor adventures or simply to kick back and relax, Bourbon Sunsets is your Deep Creek Lake retreat — with all the comforts of home and unforgettable sunset views.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 5; garage access is not available
*This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account)
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
