Toilet running often, shower backed up, slowly drain. Jacuzzi was not working again. Over all it was quiet and peaceful. Hope they fix the jacuzzi, especially during winter time.

It was okay, definitely dated but what do you expect in the UP. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was clean. I am pretty sure I heard a rodent in the bathroom wall. Tub diverter needs replaced only got half of the water to come out of the shower head. There is definitely long term occupants, but they were quiet and respectful. It was winter so it wasn’t busy at all.

The entire hotel is freezing. There are space heaters hanging in the hallways. I was charged by the hotel and Expedia because the hotel said they didn’t get paid enough. The pool area was 40 degrees and hot tub wasn’t even hot. The key cards never worked more than once. I hate leaving negative reviews but you should know before you book.

We went to room to find out that both room keys did not work. In the hallway leading up the room was a broken lighter. The kids enjoyed the pool however the air in there was on the cooler side.

Waited over 15 minutes to have someone come to the counter to check in. Then, when the person got there, they fell asleep looking up tbe room! Room window had air leaks so bad, had to use the trash cans and some personal luggage to seal the curtain to try to keep the draft out to warm up the room. Otherwise, the highest temp was 62 degrees after 3 1/2 hours of warming. The tub drain would only drain if you held the drain open.
