Tourist and historical sites (Tetouan, Tangier, Asilah, Chefchaouen ...). Sports activities such as: scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing, golf, horse riding, jogging ... You also have a tennis court and a large swimming pool inside the residence.
It is also located not far from the largest marina in Morocco namely Marina Smir and the future Ritz Carlton Hotel Tamuda Bay.
The apartment has all the necessary comforts and with its balcony you have not only a view of the pool, but also a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape (mountains ...).
