I wanted to share my experience staying at your property during my recent trip to Mecca. My first stay with you in February of last year was truly exceptional—it was, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The beds were incredible, providing the best sleep I’ve had in my 29 years, and I was eager to return for that same level of comfort and quality.
However, during my most recent stay, I noticed a few inconsistencies. The bed did not meet the same standard as before, and the service was noticeably slower. For example, I had to wait three hours for a dental kit from housekeeping, despite multiple follow-up calls. Each time, a different staff member assured me it would arrive promptly, but there was a significant delay.
That said, apart from these issues, my stay was still pleasant. I’m unsure whether I’ll rebook in the future, as the exceptional standards from my first visit were not fully replicated this time. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to refine your guest experience.
