Property is amazing and in coming years this would be one of the most tourist spot. Masar's view would be more attractive from the building on 1 side and on the other side Al Haram. Looking forward to come back soon.

The room was neglected, had to press the clean up button for over 3 days before someone came to clean it. Staff were not very helpful and the hotel itself is not as close to the haram as it says it is. I wouldn’t recommend this, it looks big and prestigious but it’s not convenient at all.

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained throughout the day. Very clean and the service is great. Room are very spacious and it’s only 4 minutes away walking from the masjid alharam.

This hotel is brilliant as it’s new. Clean and fresh and the rooms are big. Breakfast was not as big as the other hotels but was kept well and clean. Hotel prayer room is excellent and has a fantastic view of the Kaaba. The hotel lobby is slightly confusing as there are two towers and trying to figure out where you are the the outset was irritating especially as you were exhausted by the Umrah. Downfall to this hotel is its quite far. Yes there is a shuttle service but the hotel is far compared to the others. However if you favour cleanliness to anything else I definitely recommend! I also think once the area surrounding and behind is built there will be a lot more options and easier options for food.
