The front desk staff are very kind professional and helpful, which made a huge impact especially Mrs Manar. The shuttle bus service is great made visit to Haram easy and accessible at all times. The internet connection was too slow I really hope they fix it cause I would LOVE to come back to Al Kiswah. Thank you all.

Staff was rude and not helpful My booking was for tower one but they gave me the room in tower 5 and that room was very dirty and uncomfortable. First time in my life I had such a bad experience.

really disappointing and poor experience staying here for 3 days. no room cleaning for entire stay, had to make multiple requests to get fresh towels everyday, house keeping service non-existent, wifi and internet service is unusable and does not work, bare bones amenities in the room, hot water in shower unusable, rooms and furniture are very dated and uncomfortable

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were poor, and the service was far from acceptable. The boiling kettle in the room had a bad smell, making it unusable. On top of that, the staff didn’t answer my phone calls from the room, which was frustrating. The bedsheets smelled stale, as if they weren’t fresh. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The problem at the reception , they cannot speak English properly when we check out. Also, the other problem they provide the Wi-Fi that useless even you can’t YouTube run with that Wi-Fi take too long long time.

MAKKAH STAY

A very economical place to stay not far from Haram and has a good shuttle service. The breakfast buffet isn't the greatest so would not recommend at all, plus its too expensive. Overall Al Kiswah towers is a very good place to stay in Makkah on a reasonable budget. There are shops nearby for all types of necessities.
