Upon check in the flush in the toilet was not working. Ww reported to the front desk they sent a maintenace operative straightaway but it him about half an hour to fix it and during this time we were unable to use the toilet. Later we received a call from the customer services and i expressed about my disappointment and they apologised for the inconvenience and that was it. Other staffs were friendly and responded positively to our request for cleaning and getting toileteries etc. The hotel is ideal for a group but not for an individuals. It is about 30 mins walk from Haram and we never got to use thd shuttle service because they would leave an hour early of salat times. We had to take a taxi everytime and paid 15 riyal. There us too much traffic to go to Haram so had to get off the taxi after a short ride and walked to Haram. Not ideal for thise who wants to.perform every salat at the Haram. However the hotel has a proper mosque within the hotel and also has a seperate section for ladies. Overall the hotel is good for the price we paid. The restaurant manager Yasir was amazing. There are a few shops including a barber which was a good advantage. I asked for an upgrade and was willing to pay extra but was told that all rooms were standard and same. I personally rate the hotel 2*.

This hotel was a 3 star at most- not 5. The room was not well cleaned and the facilities were old. If you're willing to travel to the Haram, I would recommend choosing another hotel for a similar price the same distance away, but in much better condition. Was quite disappointed.
