it says 5 star hotel, but it's less than 2 stars, not clean, bad AC, bad room service, not body picks the call.

There was a continuous stinking smell of drainage coming through the drains which filled the room as well and there were no windows to ventilate. Tea not supplied, water not refilled, no condiments, rubbish toiletries, food was average and expensive. ATM was broken, barbers were only good to shave heads nothing else and expensive, no milk supplied for tea. All in all not worth the money they charged.
