The staff were excellent. Specially Ashia. She helped me move rooms due to noisey neighbours. The only downfall is the the walls are way too thin and i coulld hear everythimg in the next room. Otherwise great hotel clean and great staff.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience much more comfortable. The rooms themselves were a good size—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the location can be a bit challenging. The hotel is tucked away on a side road up a hill, and many taxi drivers weren’t familiar with the exact spot. I also had several Uber drivers cancel because they couldn’t find the place, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, getting to the Haram takes around 25 minutes with traffic. Despite the location issues, the hotel itself is a nice place to stay, especially if you’re looking for good service and spacious rooms.

I like the hotel and services provided, however, it’s limited in taxi traffic, unless you try uber which is also not that efficient, given the nature of how many turn up to visit Makkah

The staff's attitude is very wanting. Imagine telling them in the morning to clean your room, only to return 12 hours later, and all you get are excuses. The noises from construction around the area all night won't let you sleep, and the place is too far from the Haram, not 1.3 miles as claimed on Expedia; taxis have a hard time finding it.

The service was generally slow, when you asked for water at the restaurant, we were asked to pay for this, the food was just ok, slow service, sometimes uncooked.No assistance being provided to get a taxi to or from the station,. They could team up with a local taxi to help people new to the city. Wouldn’t stay here again.
