Room given to us was not what was listed. Room listed as Quaba view. The room we were put in was on the second floor with a view of a concrete wall. We were switched to a different room with a view of the Quaba the next day, but they made us pay an extra $800.00 USD to “upgrade” us to the room we thought we were originally getting. Originally the room we booked had 3 beds. The new “upgrade” room only had one bed. They brought us an extra bed ( very small, my son sleeping on this bed, his feet were sticking off the end) On top of all that, my son who slept on this bed left Mecca with bed bugs..
