You pay premium price for the location and honestly the staff are doing their best to keep up from what i experienced however the room ( Kaba view ) furniture and bathroom conditions are in a terrible shape, The hotel need a major overhaul including bathrooms ( leaking, no running hot water )

الفندق ممتاز من ناحية قربه من الحرم وكذلك موقعه داخل مجمع برج الساعه حيث توجد المحلات للتسوق و كذلك المطاعم المتنوعة اما من ناحية موظفي الاستقبال في الفندق او في المطعم فكانوا متعاونين جدا وسهلوا لنا الاقامه بدءاً من تسجيل الدخول للفندق وحتى تسجيل الخروج من الفندق

I will not stay in swissotel Macca again 1.some reception staff are playing big boss over the customer clearly they need training on stress managment . 2. Hotel corridors are too hot , AC are off !!!! 3. The only good about the hotel the location. 4. They claim the rooms on the HARAM but its a big joke its difficult to see. 5. Service of room service snd food quality are bad with late laundry service. 6. Porters are best in this hotel but waiting for the tip look like no salaries. 7. Very noisy old hotel
