It’s a great affordable hotel in a very busy and upscale area. We did have some issues with our bathroom. Toilets didn’t flush properly and the cleaning crew kept forgetting to refill our soap and shampoo. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel and really friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect stay. Safe, walkable, very helpful staff and a very comfortable bed. Laundry services are too expensive- cross the street for good laundry service that is a quarter of the price.

I really like this hotel because of the convenience, cleanliness, quiet and safeness. Don’t only thing I have to complain is the fact that I was charge for a glass of water bottle and a side of that the actual glass of bottle… if that makes sense!

The Wi-Fi service was terrible. Constantly going off and on. Would ask for a room service to turn over the room in the morning. I'd be gone all day come back at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and still the room has been cleaned.

La arquitectura del hotel está bonita diferente sin embargo se escuchaba mucho todos los movimientos de la habitación de arriba de la de nosotros. Cuando llegaban, cuando se duchaban, hasta las conversaciones. La otra habitación tenía mucha humedad
