Hotel was decorated cute and modern, but once staying there I was very disappointed with amenities that were either broken or unavailable.our bathroom shower leaked out to the hall so we were switched rooms. The new room was worse. The shower door didn’t close and the whole bathroom would overflow with the water. The WiFi was also very spotty and hardly available. The TV didn’t work for us possibly because the WiFi was so terrible. It was our honeymoon and could’ve been disappointing but we decided to focus on doing activities while out and just focusing on talking and communicating while we had to be in the room. It wasn’t horrible but not up to our standard.

Overall the hotel is good, but the reception personnel is extremely bad. I had some disagreement with the person in reception and her answer was for me to cancel and go to another hotel. This was very disrespectful and unacceptable.

I checked out of this hotel after staying for one night they told me they were going to refund the money, not only have I not received it yet. When I reached out to the property, they tried to tell me that I never checked out, but I only lived in that place for one night at this hotel for a total of eight hours and I understand I still gotta pay for the one night and the taxes, but they should be able to return my money, especially for not staying there when it was not what they were describing the property as

Excellent Hotel Choice

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to meet your needs. Great location. Good breakfast choices. Only con is that you can choose 1 beverage (orange juice, coffee or hot chocolate). If you want a 2nd beverage, you will have to pay for it. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The room was large, well equipped with a fridge and mini-bar and a sink. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The bathroom, unfortunately, had a damp, musty smell, due to a large damp patch in the corner of the room by the door. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. We were very disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day - a fact we did not find out until Christmas Day! Breakfast was included and was OK, but it was 'order by numbers' with apparently no option to vary. On days when it was very busy, the staff (although working hard) were struggling to cope and the meals (and the coffee) were left on the counter until they were cold. The area around the hotel was very hilly and although there was a good shopping mall close by, the walk up the hill was very steep! Good access to taxis and Ubers
