Todo excelente el servicio de recepción de primera la ubicación excelente serca de todo lo que se pueda nesecitar,el cuarto grande espacioso con nevera pequeña estufa, cafetera, caunter en cocina balcon espectacular servicio de limpieza en los cuarto excelente el hotel esta precioso,elevador, todo perfecto y lo mejor económico loco por regresar y alojarme de nuevo con ellos a todos los que me atendieron les doy las gracias por hacerme sentir como parte de ellos me los llevo en el corazón pronto los vuelvo a ver muchas gracias de todo ❤️

I thought the service and staff were really friendly and nice. I also thought they were very helpful and attentive. However, our room was not soundproof and we could hear everything from the lobby at all hours. We also saw a HUGE roach on the wall at the lobby, probably came from outside.

This is a great choice for a place to stay! I just wish I had known ahead of time that there was a $100 USD charge to have a visitor come up to the room. My visitor bill was more than my room charges Other than that everything was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again!

Staff went above and beyond in every way. Restaurant recommendations. They even managed to set up an appt for me to get a haircut on NYE. On NY day they bring me free breakfast to my room simply because they knew most places would be closed. I broke shower glass door while getting ready for dinner. Within 10 mins they had me in a new room like it never happened. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend - I will stay here 10/10 times

Property is currently new. Accomodations are very nice. Staff is responsive. Under the beds are not cleaned well. Coffee and tea, sweetener, creamer, be should be provided every morning in the room. Dog barking was annoying.

We loved the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the warmth and pleasantness of the room, the breakfast that was available to us, and the willingness to go out of the way to make aure we were happy.
