I felt neglected as a customer. I did report several times (maybe 6 or more), that I had issues with the wifi. I asked for the transportation service to the airport, and claimed the could not offer it.
I received several promises, even from the hotel manager, that would visit my room and verify what was wrong, but never went. The check in time was extremely long and bureacratic, even though I have stayed in this hotel many times before. It is sad to see the impact of bad management in customer service and perfomance. On top of everything, the water from the shower was only mildly hot. The worst hospitality experience in Medellin.
