The check-in process was fairly quick, which I appreciated. I also called twice ahead of time to inform the hotel about my delayed flight and requested a nice room, but we were assigned a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the room was very loud and noisy. It was located directly above the dining area and conference room, and noise started as early as 4 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. There were also unknown people hanging around in the lobby, which felt uncomfortable. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast, however, could be improved. We also had to request an iron and additional towels, but the iron was never delivered. Overall, while there were some positives, the noise issues and unmet requests impacted our stay.

"Mi estancia fue muy positiva en cuanto a la habitación, que era cómoda y estaba impecable, y el trato del personal de recepción fue excelente. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el desayuno dejó mucho que desear. La variedad es escasa, las porciones son excesivamente pequeñas y el personal del comedor se mostró poco amable y cortante. Es una pena, porque el resto del hotel es muy recomendable, pero el servicio de alimentos necesita una mejora urgente."

I choose to stay here quite often when I return to Medellín because of the location, it’s clean and you usually have great views. The gym is okay. Unfortunately, the breakfast area continues to feel crowded and there’s very little storage space in the rooms if you’re staying longer.

The view from the rooftop was expectatcular and from my room balcony too. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Security in front of the hotel always. Was my first solo travel and feel very safe in this area. The only downside was the continental breakfast, I think should have more variety. But overall, I love it. And I will stay again definitely.
