Nice infrastructure, but location is not walking distance to Poblado's main places. Opening hours for the hot tub are an issue, specially on Sundays when they close at 3 pm. The staff on spa makes it difficult to schedule the massage included on the reservation. The service in the restaurant for breakfast is limited and having dinner there could be better for food quality (they serve cold tacos).

The hotel is half a mile from the subway station. You also have several malls close by. It is centrally located so you can have some rest while enjoying the sitting at your own pace. The staff is very welcoming and gracious. I recommended 10 out of 10.

Great modern hotel

Great modern hotel with a vibe. Single rooms are tiny, but double rooms are nice and spacious. Lovely breakfast, welcome drink and free short massage. Great rooftop restaurant and jacuzzi area. Walking distance from Santa Fe mall ( although quite uphill) and taxi/uber often miss the street - but would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice stay and local central enough to travel everywhere with 10-20 minutes. Staff always helpful and very nice. Would stay again. Rooms are on the smaller size if you are traveling with a family then you may want to upgrade.
