Nice infrastructure, but location is not walking distance to Poblado's main places. Opening hours for the hot tub are an issue, specially on Sundays when they close at 3 pm. The staff on spa makes it difficult to schedule the massage included on the reservation. The service in the restaurant for breakfast is limited and having dinner there could be better for food quality (they serve cold tacos).

The hotel is half a mile from the subway station. You also have several malls close by. It is centrally located so you can have some rest while enjoying the sitting at your own pace. The staff is very welcoming and gracious. I recommended 10 out of 10.
