I checked into my room and my room was not ready. It was dirty from the previous people who stayed there. The bedsheets and towels were all the same and a mess. I left for two hours and they still had not done anything. I had to wait in the lobby for them to clean the room. I ended up checking out before because I did not want to sleep there. At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for!

The Hotel staff, doesn’t have the rooms ready at the moment of the checking. Room with towels, toilet paper. After 2 nights of staying in the hotel they move us to a different room with bunk beds.They said: Expedia split or made 2 reservations without informed me of the situation. I don’t recommend this hotel,too noisy

We were a little disappointed. The location is perfect, but the tv did not work, there were no towels, no hair blower, no iron, and we had to wait for a while 3 times for someone to buzz us in and out of the property because there was no one at the lobby desk. The staff was really, really nice and we felt bad for them. They are definitely understaffed and the property needs some updating.
