The property had wonderful staff and were very prompt with requests. The rooms were a little bit on the small side, but who goes on vacation to stay in the rooms? The WiFi was a little slow on the phones, but thankfully it was fast on my laptop. The area has a lot of nice restaurants, there’s a mall down the road from the hotel; it’s called Monterey Mall, which is cool to just walk around. Overall, my experience with Heiss Hotel was unforgettable.

Heiss Hotell in Medellín exceeded my expectations! The modern design, spotless rooms, and top-notch amenities made for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist. Its prime location offers easy access to the city while providing a peaceful retreat. The Heiss Hotel is such a beautiful place. Very close to lots of amazing restaurants and attractions. Luckily for me the hotel recently completed the construction of their new rooftop restaurant, bar, lounge, pool and gym which provides an incredible view of the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are pretty small but it was perfect for a solo traveler as myself.

I been visiting and Living in MedellínBogota for 11 years stayed in many hotels and I can definitely say this hotel was a really good place to stay. I just spent a week at this place and I would stay again. I basically just used to sleep as I was out visiting friends and places. But a place to relax comfortably.

Honestly, the only thing I can complain about is that the shampoo & conditioner are combined into one.. and I think that being the only complaint provides a pretty outstanding review for how great this hotel is. I'm very happy; it was well priced, is in a very nice and walkable area, the staff are helpful, the room is very clean and nice, and the cafe downstairs is great for a coffee
