It was a perfect place to stay near the airport. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The landscaping is beautiful. The rooms and bed are comfy. I’d return and recommend this hotel

This is a decent property very close to the airport in Medellin. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. The only issue is that the room is really an average accommodation. It lacks the comfort of a three star hotel in the U.S. (e.g. Holiday Inn, Fairfield, etc.). The furnishings, bed, and linens aren't the best, but the location is sufficient for a single night stay near the airport. Mainly, it is a decent place to lay your head for the night. A plus is that there is an excellent restaurant across the street as well as a nice coffee shop.

I booked the hotel by mistake when our flights were cancelled to bad weather in our destination ( Buenos Aures to Lima to New York and Toronto). Booked 4 rooms then realized after an hour that the location is not in Argentina. Hotel did not want to refund may God take care of this hotel for not recognizing a mistake and be forgiving. They suck, the same with Expedia for not really assisting long time member like me. This will probably my last time I am booking with Expedia. If I can help it.
