Good property, excellent service, comfortable beds, superb breakfast... the only complaint is coldness. The room was cold and had no heat and the engineer who came up tried to "fix" it without knowing that there was no heat. And I made an appointment for a massage in the spa and in a room where they expect a guest to disrobe, the AC was going, the room was very cold and the attendant thought that just turning the AC off would make it ok. The room was so cold I had to cancel my appointment. Otherwise, I liked the property..

Hotel is in a great location, spacious rooms, nice pool and gym areas, amazing restaurant and the best buffet breakfast I've tasted in a long time. Service was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful and polite. This was a great experience overall.
