The staff were very helpful (except for one guy, he was rude). The staff spoke both Spanish and English, which was very great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Great Coffee!!! I have two complaints: 1. The internet was out for 2days making it impossible to conduct business or contact family. 2. The glass enclosure surrounding the rooftop pool was dirty or moldy in several locations blocking the view of the city when you are in the pool.

The property was clean and staff were helpful. There are not very many services offered at the facility. If youre looking for a spa or massages, they don't offer any. Nice restaurant close by you can walk to.
