Me super encanto este hotel le diera mas de 5 estrellas, su servicio al cliente es Maravilloso, todo su personal un trato exepcional todas las dudas, preguntas , la habitacion super amplias, bonitas , sin ruido, y hacian limpieza todos los dias, la ubicacion del hotel excelente , regresaria otra vez y lo recomiendo, su menu del desayuno mas que delicioso , la verdad supero mis expectativas , estuve con mi pareja 3 noches a principios de Diciembre 2025 y fueron maravillosas ,no duden en hospedarse en este maravilloso hotel, con un concepto muy diferente en sus instalaciones y decoraciones le doy un 💯

¡Estadía fantástica! El servicio y el ambiente fueron excelentes. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y equipada sin dejar aparte la decoración, me llamó mucho la atención que cada cuarto cuente con una temática diferente, las sábanas frescas y el servicio de limpieza muy bueno, El desayuno era delicioso, ¡con una gran variedad de opciones en su menú. El personal fue muy atento y amable en ambos turnos tanto de día y de noche. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y a brindarnos confort y comodidad. Su actitud de servir es lo mejor. Felicitaciones. Y gracias al Sr Donald el recepcionista de la noche por recibirnos de una manera estupenda sin duda alguna nos llevamos una buena experiencia del lugar, recomendado al 100!

Stayed for 5 nigjts as busines trip. Room has shirts hanger but it has shelf right below cloth hanger. So it has no function as cloth hanger. It was just decoration. Shower booth glass door got slowly opened while I was in shower booth. This shower booth door has no stop. Door kept opening while I am taking shower. Can’t do shower with one hand because the other hand stayed on the door to prevent water going out. Business trip breakfat, speed pf service is very critical. This hotel breakfast is not buffet so you must order from menu and hotel will prepare your dish. Howevr it was super slow to get food on your table. I ate breakfast once and never used breakfast service. Simply too slow. Not recommend this hotel as biz trip purpose.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing with great views and a relaxing vibe. The co-working spaces were top-notch and perfect for getting things done in between exploring the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The breakfast was amazing, the staff the best i have encountered in any of my trips to any other country, caring,helpful, friendly. The rooms were spot on and they have so many things to do within the hotel, it was really a very positive wonderful stay. Will deff recommend.

The staff was so helpful and pleasant at the desk. All the kitchen staff conscientious prepared food with love. Top notch art around the property feeling at one with nature! Love the length of the pool for doing laps and rooftop view. So nice a stay I will repeat 2 more days in a week.
