I was charged an additional $130 Dollars usd for bringing in a guest.And you are only allowed one guest. Really made my vacation lonely. David was great but i am never going there again.

El hotel es muy bonito, con excelente servicio. Sin embargo, el area alrededor de la propiedad es sumemnte insegura; mi pareja salio en la mañana a dar una caminata para ver la plaza que esta cerca y tomar cafe etc y por poco lo asaltan. Tuvo que regresar corriendo al hotel, muy mal rato.

The staff was on point. Very friendly, very fast service and very polite. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The one downfall was it’s very loud outside and you can hear it and I was on the seventh floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.The location is perfect close to restaurants, bars etc. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. What really stood out was the level of care and hospitality. It truly felt like the team went above and beyond to make sure guests had a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
