A very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Medellin.

A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. The room allocated was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the room was very good until 10pm for some reason. The pool and gym were very good. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The gym was well equipped for hotel guests. I had breakfast each of the 6 days I stayed and they were good value with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The reception staff were able to arrange a couple of city and countryside tours which were very enjoyable and good value. The area around the hotel is very nice / safe. There are a multitude of shops in the vicinity. If you want to travel into the city centre to see the landmarks then taxis/ Uber is very cheap. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Medellin.

Only place to stay for me

This is a really good hotel with great staff Jose is very helpful on arrival and gives you all the information you need. All the girls on reception speak English too which is a bonus. The rest of the staff and bell boys are all really good. I recommend this hotel jf you are in the area Hot showers nice pool and good food and beer and you can watch the Premier League in your room.

The good: The hotel is very very clean, sleek and modern. The bad: it is sterile and lifeless. Common areas are uninviting and empty. Rooms are much nicer! Bed is haaaard, but we rested well. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant staff is attentive and nice. The Bad: THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Condescending, never smiles, never a 'good morning'. Very snubby. Worse, even after 3 emails stating that it was my wife's 50th birthday Valentines, the hotel promised to take care of my requests for flowers, candies and did not go thru. Lilliana Monroig never came through. Worse, I decided to order some stuff myself to fix the issue and gave instructions to put it on the room as a surprise when I got back from my day --- and they didnt either. They left all in a storage room spoining the surprise. So, TLDR: The hotel is clean, in a GREAT SPOT in front of a BEAUTIFUL shopping center. It is pretty, void of life, cold. If you don't need Service or interactions with staff, you'll love this place. Oh, and my driver Willman was the BEST of all the people there. That guy should run this whole place. He understood what Customer Service and welcomeness means!

Lovely hotel. Even though it’s more of a business hotel, they still have that vacation feel. The pool is small but very clean, they have staff there taking care of it all day. The Staff throughout the hotel were all just so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options and delicious food overall. Clean rooms, and love the shower water pressure !!
