Great stay

The hotel was clean and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. Isabella was very helpful with looking up recommendations for places around town and went above and beyond.

Excelente servicio al cliente, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad y el servicio de limpieza muy bueno, magnífico que ofrecen el desayuno con la estadía, conveniente y muchas opciones de comida y centros comerciales a menos de 15 minutos caminando, cuarto espacioso y cómodo, espero volver pronto.

A beautiful spot to stay!

Such an amazing place! My bus was really delayed and I had a really late check in but they were super accommodating! The room was beautiful, had everything you could possibly need (including a fully stocked mini bar!) it was so spacious, lovely and clean and the bathroom was great WITH A HOT SHOWER! It’s the little things while you’re travelling! The breakfast nice and could have it in the little cafe or the terrace which was sweet and the area was leafy and lovely - it did have some life and noise to it at night time but it didn’t impact my time there. Thanks for a lovely stay guys!

Excellent small, quaint place to stay in Medellin

Loved the room. Modern lighting. Long selve to put suitcase on and to work on a laptop. Bathroom was great with a walk in shower and new fixtures. Also modern lighting. Roomzz is small and quaint. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Add more options for breakfast, dietary restrictions for elderly or fit groups. Have a self service station for water. Give an estimated room service time for clients to be prepared for any unheard knocks. Offer grab and go for after breakfast at customers expense.

Everything was fantastic!!! The staff who are Isabella, Ramiro, ximena and Valentina were past outstanding. So helpful and fun to chat with. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay in the future. Super Job they did.
