First of all, at the hotel they charged me an amount that was not established by Expedia. They charged me more that it was supposed to, I asked them and they told me that it was a fee they charged that was NOT established on Expedia page. On the second day I left my glasses on the room night table and when I came back to the room that day my glasses disappeared. I want to front desk and told them and they did nothing about it. They did not care about the situation the only response was Ia am sorry. Really!!!!! I am sorry! It was more than obvious that someone took them. Also after 11 pm and in the morning there was not hot water to take a shower. The water was cold and it happened every day. The only thing good is the location. Other than that, I do not recommend it.

Urbit is a great hotel in the center of a lot of restaurants and walkable area. The view was fantastic and i will definitely have urbit social lofts on my trip back to Medellin.

My husband and I enjoyed the property and the surroundings. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants near the hotel and other activities. The only downside was the size of the shower, but that didn’t change my expectations. The staff who cleaned my room were excellent and did a great job.

The hotel staff was polite and friendly! Mariana is a GEM, she is an emerald, from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out ~ always greeting and treating every guest as she worked the front desk professionally, efficiently, effortlessly with kindness and a smile, in her voice and on her face.
