Philly disappointment

Room 316 never got cooler then 72 even though it was set to 60. Had to take a cab to the hotel as the shuttle service was not working when we arrived at airport around midnight on Saturday 4/12. Shuttle worked Monday morning April 4/14 but the driver was cranky

Not great.

The pool was closed and we didn’t find out until we had already booked and gotten there. One of the main reasons we booked was for the pool. We also didn’t have any air conditioning in the room. It was so hot and uncomfortable and when I called down to the front desk, the front desk scolded me for not telling them sooner. I said, I was giving it a chance to cool down and it never did! There were stains on the mattress in the couch fold out and the table was completely broken. Also the check in was very confusing with parking and what not. Got stuck because someone left their car in the middle to go and check in.

Would stay here again.

We were able to check in a little early, which let us drop our stuff and get to our event without having to leave everything in the car. Room was spacious with a separated bedroom and sitting area.

Embassy has really turned into one of the worst hotels ever! Everyrhing in the room was old and warn while falling apart in both rooms that myself and family was staying in Overly dissapointed spending that much money to stay in trash and pool was closed as well and my daughter was highly upset about that. My last stay thwrw after being a returning customer for 30 yrs
