Wonderful accommodations. Spacious, clean rooms. Well stocked and delicious breakfast. Offers free water and throughout the day different snacks at the front desk. Clean hot tub and swimming pool.

We stayed here for 3 nights, bed comfortable very large spacious room, nice kitchenette area. Wasn’t impressed with Denny’s but them I’m not a fan some nice restaurants in the area. Niece e kites the pool (12 yrs old) only wished they had an excess in & out to the ovation from the pool. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

The staff upon arrive all and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. We received complimentary cold bottles of water when we checked in. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very fun! Room amenities were great. The free morning breakfast was probably the best we’ve had and we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels. Fresh, warm and a ton of variety. We will make this hotel our new choice when we travel to Medicine Hat!

We stayed in one of the large king suites and the room was massive (bigger then my husbands first appartment). The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, glasses etc. The bathroom was nice and new with a great shower. One thing to improve on whould be the shampoo product, alot of people like myself are allergic to citrus, might be good to swap that out.

The only thing I would take a look is the state of the sofa bed, especially the mattress. At one point I was scared to go through it, but other than that everything was just perfect!

So well kept and very clean! Complimentary breakfast included an omelette station and was wonderful. Staff and management was most accommodating, gracious and kind. A well run ship and extremely professional. Likely one of the best hotel experiences we've had in our many years of travel.

Will be back every time

We were greeted by the most amazing front desk attendant. With her bright smile and polka-dot glasses, she made us feel so valued and even got us a $50 gift card. She then gave us complimentary water and cookies well clearly directing us to our room. We had so much fun in the pool/sauna. We loved relaxing in the outdoor sitting area, next time we will be using the free BBQ. There are so many amenities at this hotel and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and they even had to go snack bags. I can see why this hotel is so highly rated.
