Villa built in July 2012 for single use! 8 people, approx. 260 m2,
4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, pool 8 x 4 m (with counter current system and solar heating).
Fantastic sea view in a quiet location. The ideal place to relax. The beautiful holiday home has 4 comfortable bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three in the attic) with double beds. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and mini safe. All three rooms in the attic have their own balcony and two are with sea view.
Modern living and dining area with large kitchen, dining table for 8 people, cozy sitting area in the living room with fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD and music system. Beautiful covered terrace with large table and seating for 8 people, outdoor fireplace (grill) and comfortable lounge seating group from which you have a fantastic view over the pool to the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned. Central heating. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens. Leisure basement with pool table. Utility room with washing machine and dryer

Pomer Vila stay

Excellent villa in a lovely peaceful location, only a short walk to the Arena 99 beach area. 4 large double bedrooms, with en-suites to 3 of the rooms and a downstairs games room. Great outside area and very well spec’d. From booking through to checkin the Simic family were an absolute pleasure to deal with.We would definitely recommend

Toll, toll, toll!

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappt hervorragend. Wir waren 2 Wochen da, nach einer Woche wurden die Betten neu bezogen und eine Zwischenreinigung gab es ebenfalls - kostenlos!

Wundervoller Urlaub im Traumobjekt in perfekter Lage

Wir waren gerade Pfingsten für eine Woche in der Villa, haben ganz kurzfristig gebucht (Die Corona Auflagen haben etwas anderes nicht zugelassen) und waren mit 2 Familien insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder unterwegs. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Es ist alles bis ins Detail bedacht und funktional. Der Blick auf die Bucht und die Umgebung mit Restaurants und Strand in Laufweichreite sind traumhaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und werden definitiv wieder kommen!
