Smokvica holiday house in green environment

The Smokvica holiday house is special because it represents a blend of modern with an authentic Istrian house. The house is over 100 years old with a characteristic arrangement. It consists of 2 separate units with separate entrance. In the first unit (Named Big Smokvica / 2 + 2 / 100m2) on the ground floor there is a dining room with a kitchen, a sanitary node and a living room with an old fireplace and with a sofa that can be an additional bed ( 160x200). This first unit has 1 bedroom (1 double bad 200x160cm), reachable by internal wood stairs. Unfortunately this unit does not have an air conditioning (cause thick walls, there is a comfortable temperature in the summer) and a balcony, but in stead of that has a beautiful cover terrace which is surrounded by greenery and tigs trees. The second unit (Named Little Smokvica / 2 person / 30m2) is situated on the right side of the building, at the first floor, reachable only with exterior stairs. It is equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, a living room with 1 double bad (200x160 cm) a romantic balcony with a stunning view at the green environment and a sanitary node. Free parking spots for our guest are available on this property. Our House is an ideal opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with pure sea air for total relaxation with peace, enjoyment and swimming. The beach is only 950m away from our house. Our family loves traveling. Thus we met other customs, nice people, different civilizations, peoples, traditions, gastronomy and we are happy about that. For this reason, for all of our guests we want to convey the hospitality, kindness and happiness that we have received in all our travels. We want our guests to remember the moments they have spent in our house. Near the house there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, galleries and the beautiful church of St. Agnes. Medulin is a former fishing village and now a famous tourist center. With its Mediterranean-style architecture, it delights our guests. The rich history of the place is visible at every step of the old part of Medulin. During the summer months, interesting open-air concerts are taking place. The nearest airport is Pula Airport (PUY), 12 km from the accommodation.
