Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Groups under the age of 28 are not allowed.
