Very quiet, super wide view with sundowner guarantee, great outdoor area with bbq and large pool with generous sunbathing area.
All rooms are air-conditioned, the open living-dining area with the adjacent terrace and barbecue are south facing and offer a magnificent view over the hinterland.
The complete property is on the outskirts of Medulin / Sisan and very quiet, fenced with a huge garden of about 6000 m2.
It directly invites you to go for a walk or a bike ride from there. The 4 bicycles at the house are completely at your disposal and bring you on the small dirt roads directly to the center of Medulin or via the very well signposted bike paths to great and also remote secret tips.
