Welcome to this cozy, peaceful, tranquil cottage with 5 acres and a lake pond. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full washrooms, washer/dryer in the walk-out basement, that also has a game room, fireplace, and 2 double sofa beds.

The house is fully furnished. The kitchen is stacked with dishware, pots/pans, a coffee maker, spice rack and more!

Bedsheets and towels are included among other amenities. There's an extra fridge in the garage.

A paddleboat and kayak are included for your use.
