Poor plumbing and housekeeping

The staff was nice but we had plumbing issues the toilet was hit or miss if it would flush or not we spoke to front desk about it everyday but nothing was fixed housekeeping also never came in to take the trash or replace dirty towels when we asked the desk about it we had to take out wet dirty towels to the desk before they would give us any clean towels

We came to Melbourne for a 4 day OUTSIDE EVENT so the weather forecast was of the utmost importance to us! Each day I wanted to turn on the 6 pm news for the next day's weather forecast. I was expecting the newscast to be out of Orlando which would include the news & weather of interest to the east coast of the state as well. Guess what! the news & weather was out of Tampa which included St Pete & the other cities on the west coast of Florida. I am staying and spending my money on the EAST COAST of Florida and could care less about what is happening on the other side of the state! Soo, needless to say I had to wait till the next morning when the local newspaper came out to find out what the next day's weather forecast is. Also the cable TV had no tv guide in the lineup talk about bare bones service I never knew this service or lack of even existed! Will we stay at this motel next year, NO WAY! Too bad because the clerk who checked us in and als the lady who ran the breakfast buffet were top notch!

Bad Service

We were not told that daily room service only included trash and towels. Nothing more. When they did do trash and towels, they took out all our towels (they were hanging neatly to dry and reuse). No towels were left in our room to replace them. Very inconvenient.

Bon accueil du personnel. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Le lit était confortable. Par contre, les airs communes de l'hôtel sont défraichies et ont besoin de rénovation. L' ascenceur était malpropre. Pour ce qui est de la chambre elle était propre et tranquille.

Great stay and value

We’ve stayed here quite a few time when we visit family in the area. Even though there are many hotels closer to them, we choose to stay here because it’s clean, comfortable, and has a very welcoming staff.
