parking is $8 per night. no microwave in the room. esp. with baby its very difficult by not able to warm up the milk. late checkout was not allowed. i had to pay additional night beyond 1pm.

Excellent facility, great roof top bar & grill (although live music was a bit too loud). Good breakfast. Only complaint was that housekeeping staff were off at 5:30-6PM, so front desk staff had to take time to provide assistance.

Amazing place to stay.

Next time I’m in Melbourne, this is the Place so clean and comfortable. And everyone was so nice and helpful. I broke my back before my trip and the people at this Hyatt just made a very hard trip so enjoyable, helped me when ever I needed it and with a true smile on their face.

Exceptional! The staff? Friendly and respectful. The property? Pristine. The room? Clean, modern, comfortable. The amenities (pool/gym? Great. The complimentary breakfast? Tasty. Proximity to the beach? Super close! Return factor - you bet! There is also a wonderful rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Melbourne Airport. The food and drinks were decent and not terribly priced. They make a very nice sunset margarita and also a lavender margarita. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a sofa/lounger. We enjoyed the pool as well. There is a parking fee but it was only $7 so not too crazy. The breakfast area did not offer waffles so if you’re a waffle person be advised. But waffles can be purchased offsite and should not deter you from this wonderful location. Enjoy your stay. We sure did!
