Terrible servicio! Todas las noches hubo ruido de otros huéspedes haciendo fiesta en la piscina y a pesar de que se informó a recepción, el recepcionista dijo que no se podía hacer nada pues el huésped ruidoso era su amigo y si nos gustaba que nos fuéramos a otro lado. No pudimos dormir y nos toco irnos a buscar otro hotel. Además el hotel decía que tenia baño de vapor y otras amenidades pero no estaban en funcionamiento!

Devolución de dinero

Señores necesito que se me haga la devolución de la reserva ya que el hotel HBD me cobró en efectivo la estadía y no me aceptó la reserva que fue agregada a mi tarjeta de crédito. En la recepción afirmaron que no tienen convenio con hotels.com....de lo contrario elevarse la queja a la superintendencia de industria y comercio

No paguen a este hotel desde Hotels.com

Pagué la reserva a través de Hotels.com con mi tarjeta de crédito, y cuando llegué al hotel me informaron que ellos no tenían convenio con Hotels.com y solo con Booking. Por ende, me tocó volver a pagar en el hotel o sino me quedaba sin cuarto ya que era muy tarde para salir a buscar alojamiento.
