Stay here on occasion when working in the area. Always a clean comfortable room and I love the charm of the pub. Great menu, excellent food.

Great local hotel and restaurant.

Great little hotel in the lovely village of Melrose. The food at the restaurant/pub was excellent and there was a cozy fire buring away. I booked a single accomodation and the room was on the smaller size but perfect for my needs.

First visit to Melrose

All staff very friendly and welcoming . Our first visit to Melrose - I’m sure we will return. Excellent Dinner in Restaurant and excellent breakfast. Wide choices.

The food in the Bistro Bar was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. A request to change the bed configuration was dealt with swiftly. Some of the breakfast serving staff need training on how to listen. The breakfast was delicious. Try the full Scottish if you dare!
