Check in was ok, we had reserved a king room, but got a room with 2 beds, could not get the shower to work, no matter what we tried. TV , worked for 5 minutes, called the front desk, were told all the instructions were in the cask drawer, and nothing in any of the cabinets, so he came up and change the receiver, then we got 1 channel, will we stay there again, no, room next to us partied till after 3:00 am

My husband had to travel for work from BC and booked last minute for 2 nights which was extended for a third. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. He very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We can highly recommend!

Dated fixtures. The bathroom door handle came off on first use. The clock in the room didn't have anyway to change the time to make it correct. The hair dryer was so clogged with hair that it blew a circuit breaker. The TV channel guide provided bore no resemblance to reality and was useless. At breakfast the juice dispenser was broken and thus no juice was available.
