Property was nice and the room s were good. Rooms are small and tight. Checking in was slow, valet parking had cars parked out on Street. Vehicles were causing confusion to pedestrians and other people checking in. People were confused whether to leave their cars out on the street and go check in or stay with their vehicles.. Nice. Easy walk to Beale Street. Hotel was clean in the lobby and dining area. Had a nice area to relax, play pool and ping pong etc.

The vibe is super cool and location is great. Unless you pay for pricey valet the parking garage is across the street. My biggest turnoff was the cleanliness. I actually took a wet towel and wiped down the bathroom door and handle because they were covered with something white. The entire room needed a deep clean as the dust was thick.

Everything is under new management

If I could rate 0 I would but The hotel looks different in the inside. And we have used them twice now. Never again! It’s a whole lot of walking TOO much walking for the price. The rooms are going down. The specific room I stayed in was dirty, looked nasty. I was glad it was for one night. The valet seem like they were playing with my vehicle. They don’t make it clear on anything. They charge for parking every night. Look do better for the price. I’ll be staying elsewhere whenever I come back into town!

Great location, comfortable stay

Great central location on Beale Street and easy walk to River Boats and attractions like the National Civil Rights Museum and basketball stadium. Room a good size. Room and bathroom both nice and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Quiet for good sleep. Room safe, fridge, coffee in room. Good breakfast options (at a cost). Rooftop and lobby bar and a cafe. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was lovely. There was a bar downstairs that enabled me to end my night with a nice whiskey before bed. I loved the gym, which helped me alleviate the stresses of visiting family. Loved this place.

The service was just not that good anywhere on this property, from the lack of valet space to needing to check-in through the Hyatt hotel next door, to mediocre service at the lobby bar. The hotel is in good shape, but the service was definitely lacking compared to other similar hotels in the area.
