The facility was not as expected. I have stayed at several different Hyatts and I was disappointed in this facility. The sofas in the rooms had lots of stains and patches on them. The beds had stains on the sheets as if they hadn’t been changed. The bathrooms were super small I had to almost stand in the shower to close bathroom door. We had an adjoining room and our neighbors had our entire room smelling like marijuana. On a good note…. All of the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

Would stay as far away as possible. Great staff at desk! Shower water pressure great. Everything is in bad condition. Never heard of or seen hotel tell you to pay for parking is such a sh**box and make you pay through a outside service or QR code to pay there

Wouldnt stay again

After paying for the hotel we end having to lay for parking. The room was not clean and the faucet was broken on the shower. Customer service was not very happy, so pretty much from pulling in, the place did not seem inviting.

Be prepared to pay more than you thought.

Have never in my life stayed at a hotel that charged parking by a third party company who gives citations if younsont scan the QR code in the parking lot and pay them $7 per night to park, as a guest of the hotel. Also asked for a 2 hour later checkout. Was told no problem. Nothing was said about extra cost for that. They billed me $50 plus tax and fees for that 2 hours. Served the exact same breakfast every morning.

No one at front desk for check in. Waited ten minutes. In general the property is old and dirty. A maid decided to walk in my room without knocking at 9am. There were no lights in the bathroom. The fixture was missing bulbs and was exposed like a crack house. Wallpaper is peeling and funny smell. Stayed here because it was close for work. Wouldn't make that mistake again. Breakfast was pure sadness as well.
