Had a great stay until we realized the toilet water lines had leaked through the wall, onto the floor beside our bed, and soaked one of our bags filled with clothes and personal items. Staff did not seem concerned about the inconvenience, even when asked if something could be done about it.

Check in was a gong show and 1 of our rooms had trouble with the door code but the rooms , beds , cleanliness, decor, staff , bar and meals were excellent !! They just have to work out a few bugs with their check in service. Elderly people could not accomplish it!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues with our room that were taken care of quickly. We felt safe in the hotel. There was nothing to do around the hotel.
