We stayed at Vitality one year ago. It looks to have been a hotel under a previous ownership that was purchased for renovation. Last year, our stay was decent. Entrance is still beautiful like in the pictures. This year our one night stay was awful. We were asked to use a service elevator because the other elevators were out of service. Bed was comfy but room carpet was dirty. Halls are dirty, not vacuumed. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Smells like mold on 4th floor. Drains are slow. Heating and cooling wasn’t working properly. Fan chirped all night and thermostat wasn’t working. Breakfast bar is no longer offered. We had high hopes last year but we won’t return again.

Tried to add one night, thst previous staff member had allegedly done. Different staff member was rude, nearly called me a liar, talked on the phone for over 15 minutes while we waited. Printed room keys worked poorly. No breakfast. Wouldn't stay here again.

Almost everything. Elevators didn’t work, so we had to use the service elevator. No coffee in the room, although coffee was available in the lobby. Unfortunately there was no decaf coffee available. The bathroom sink had hot water, but the shower had lukewarm at best. There was no phone in the room and the door lock was digital and it didn’t always close completely. Needless to saw we didn’t feel safe. Check in time of 4:00 was unusual. We were surprised when we were asked if we wanted to pay for early check in at 3:10. Staff was very nice.

This is a safe property with cameras everywhere, digital keys and on sight security- great! Would I stay here again? Absolutely not 1 out of the 3 elevators didn’t work upon arrival and the next day none of them did. We had to use the service elevator and the down arrow didn’t work on it. I asked if the bar had non alcoholic options and was told they did- they did not. These are little things but here’s the main reason I wouldn’t stay again- the walls are paper thin! The room next to me kept me up until they went out at 11 p.m. and woke me up at 3:30 a.m. We could every bit of their conversations. I got just a couple hours of sleep each night. I had a half marathon on Saturday, going on 2 hours of sleep and just 1 hour of real sleep Saturday night before the 7 hour drive home. The rooms are nice, reasonably priced but the carpets were filthy. The bad outweighed the good and my experience wasn’t pleasant. The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ is for the safety factor. I’ll pay more for security with a little more peace and quite at next years St Jude Marathon Weekend.

Lois who was in the lobby was very nice and helpful.. it is vital check in so no one around Security car in parking lot and gates closed and have to open to let you out to catch early morning flight.. elevator was broken so had to use service elevator and it was pretty beat up

Nice place right off the highway. The hotel has a fenced and gated lot with security. The lobby was well lit and maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite.

Very good value for Memphis, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice, has indoor pool, outdoor pool, guest laundry and gym, They also have a little store and a bar that serves food in the evenings. We had the pizza and it was good. A few negatives are no in-room microwave or in-room coffee, but there is coffee and a microwave downstairs. You have to use your phone to get in your room. It’s a QR code. That’s kind of annoying. Also no complimentary breakfast but IHOP is down the street and they have breakfast items available for purchase in the store. Would recommend. Felt safe parking lot secure and free parking.
