The staff (when you were able to find someone) was very friendly. Thats the only nice thing i can say about our stay. The Hotel is nothing how i expected or how the website made it look. Check in was a joke you have to check yourself in which was not easy for my elderly parents that do not have a cell phone ( which you must have to check in) The smell through out the hotel was musty the digital key to get in your room was frustrating it took us 10 times everytime we tried to get back in our room.the bedding smelled like sweat. So gross! The toilet didnt work. My husband got stuck in the elevator. Then the elevator were closed off and was told to take the stairs to the 9th floor with disabled parent. Then every Uber driver that picked us up said do not go walking off the property it was not safe. Then was charged an additional charge of 245.00 each 4 rooms we had for taxes and fees that we thought were included with our package deal. Very frustrating and unsatisfied.

We arrived late as we were only staying here to catch an early flight. Check in was quick but when we got to our room it was a used room both beds recently slept in trash in all the trashcans. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and got us into another room after a around 15 minutes. I reached out to the management via the text they send you for any issues and simply got a "oh that's not ok what room are you in" I responded that the front desk had moved us to another room and that was that never heard another word from them. That being said the location was great for the airport, there is gated parking with a guard 24/7 and the staff we encountered in person was very nice. Even with the rough check in and all I will probably book here again if I have and early flight for the location and I didn't have to really worry about my car (I'm always worried about this at hotels lol).

Loud guests all night on Friday night. It’s a big hotel, maybe you could have a “quiet “ floor. Figure out a way to separate the partiers from those of us just wanting a good nights sleep.

When I arrived, the hostess was fantastic. I had some issues with my phone. She really helped me resolve my key issue and she did it with a smile and the most awesome attitude. I found the Wi-Fi and password information on pack around the hotel but when I requested it per text no one responded. i did not like that. Overall my state was great! i definitely recommend stay here. The bed was very comfortable!

The self check (unusual concept of self check in) with no reception in the hotel would be impossible without the help of a young gentleman who went the extra mile to help us with the process. The QR code keys (either delivered to the phone or even the physical card key) did not work and a PIN number had to be used instead. The room was very clean. Although very clean as well, the lobby, the restaurant and a hotel had a vibe of an abandon hotel. A woman evening hostess in a restaurant was very unpleasant; no hello, no thank you, etc. We were happy to leave the restaurant. During the night, the hotel floor was extremely noisy, some guest, slamming doors and yelling right on from of our doors. Little bit scary. I believe the hotel has some potential but needs to work out all the kinks.

Once was enough

I can appreciate the work they’re doing in the lobby. However, in our room we had loose outlets that made me uncomfortable to plug into. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming not done well. The check-in procedure was definitely different and not in a good way. It’s in a sketchy part of town but they did have a security guard. I personally wouldn’t go back.

The room was nice. The lobby smelled damp and like weed. When I went to eat breakfast the hostess barely acknowledged wouldn't smile just said room number.
