The rooms definitely need updates, which the hotel was apparently doing on a few floors. But the stairwell was not supposedly open so with only one elevator working, it took a while to get our thins up to the room. Otherwise staff was friendly, hotel was safe, and it was worth the value.

We tried to use the pools and hot tub, but apparently there were people there using the facilities that were not paying guests. They refused to leave and management brought in security and several local police. It ruined our time and we felt very unsafe. Because the rate was cheaper than most hotels around, we felt like it attracted certain types of people. The whole atmosphere just felt strange and unsettling.

We recently stayed at the Vitality Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, and had an overall fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer — the pool, hot tub, and gym were all in great condition. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. One of the best parts was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in the hotel, and it shows in the level of care and service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best $90 option you'll find. You can tell that back in the day this hotel and conf center was probably $200 a night. Vitality is doing a great job keeping it clean and safe. 24 hour parking lot security. Bar and dinning is large and open. Very high tech in the fact you dont have to use the front desk to check in or out. Key is your phone and communicating by txt is easy and effective. Quiet and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Approaching the facility is a fun experience. The tall fence and beautiful landscaping add to the inviting essence. There are a few landscaping lights that are in need of repair. The hotel has a very nice upscale feeling and seems to be very clean- The indoor and the outdoor pool options are great- the hot tub was nice and hot- There were lots of kids in the pool but it a great to see so many families enjoying the facilities- the rooms were great, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great, and all the staff was happy and helpful; the environment was inviting and purposeful. The only issue we had was that none if the dispensers in the shower worked. I will definitely come back and just bring my own shampoo and shower gel.

While the surrounding area didn’t look great, we didn’t have a single problem and there was security in the parking lot. The hotel itself was very pretty and, most important in my book, very clean. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.
