West Memphis' Idea Of A Luxury Casino...

The food and beverage choices at this hotel leave a whole lot to be desired. Then again... all food choices in West Memphis are terrible.

Because to the Dangerous weathers we changed our travel plans, wife called the person said no problem. She never confirmed in email, called next morning inquiring and was told she couldn’t. Since I purchased through Expedia, Expedia tried with no results. I insured the trip on the Expedia site and no response from the insurance company. SO the Hotel are thieves and even though Expedia tried to help the Commit Fraud on the booking site with the Insurance promise. No longer a Expedia customer nor will I ever approve of anyone using them ever again.

Our room was nice. The staff are very polite and helpful. I have to say the security for the hotel is tight. Dog sniffed our luggage,security ran our driver license and had to walk through a scanner.This is a big hotel/casino. Lots of slots and tables. We did eat at The Fry House. Food is good. If we ever pass through West Memphis again, I would definetly make this hotel a stop.
