The only thing I dislike about the hotel, is that is advertised with a beach club, but when you actually go there is a separate location and is not included in the price, you have to pay extra to access it. It shouldn’t be advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities

From the arrival to our departure we we greeted by our names and always with smiles from all staffers. There was never any issues when we needed directions or help with local transportation. Breakfast was absolutely delicious as was dinner. Wine and lounge were fantastic and the service was exceptional by all. Definitely worthy of another visit. October is a great time for visiting.

From the time we were picked up from the ferry the service was excellent. We were greeted by every staff member, we felt welcomed. The facility in beyond clean, the food was plentiful and good. One of the best traveling experiences I can remember.
