Emmy, the front desk clerk was outstanding. She knew who I was as soon as I entered the lobby & greeted me by name. I travel often & do some consulting in the industry and this was the first time I have ever had that experience! Simply amazing

The hotel was nicely appointed, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of street noise, but rooms on the back were pretty quiet. The breakfast was typical for Argentina. There are several restaurants and shops just around the corner, and it's close to the center of town.

The rooms are nice except the bathroom is awkward. No privacy.

Very nice hotel, with a good restaurant and a great winery experience. The room was very good, but a little bit noisy.
