Fantastic views! Lovely home!

Fantastic stay! The directions given by owner were spot-on. My hobbies are cabins. I do about 8-10 a year. This was the most remote, which made it ideal for me. I never knew the mountains of Alabama were so beautiful! There was an issue with the hot tub. I couldn't get the breakers to turn on (I don't have the hand strength). A young fella came to do some weed-eating. I told him the issue. He said someone would come right away and get tub to work. Wasn't but 15 minutes and the cleaning lady came and turned on breaker! I was impressed. This cabin aims to please. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Clean, gorgeous views, trek down to river is a little steep but so worth it.

Beautiful secluded location. Lots of thoughtful touches in the cabin to make the stay convenient and enjoyable for guests.

Loved our stay at Mountain Wood Cottage. Very clean and inviting. Claudia was very good to respond to any questions we had. Nice , quiet peaceful getaway. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed every minute of it!! We will be back!!
